Gallery Kolkata opened with great pomp and show in the presence of celebrated Bengal’s artists like Jogen Choudhury , Suhas Roy , Shuvaprasanna , Wasim Kapoor ; danseuse Tanushree Shankar ; art writers , critics , media , press , intellectuals , poets , film and theatre personalities as well as our gallery patrons and art lovers from all over the country .
That was 2007 , when we opened with a Show tracing the then Modern and Contemporary languages . We completed 10 successful years in 2017 and 13 years working professionally in art since 2004 .
We thank all our patrons who have stood by us through the years , the artists who showcased with us all these years to make each and every show unique and successful . We remain immensely grateful and laud your kind support.
