Note to Art Patrons

Dear All,

As the world still reels with the effects of the worst pandemic ever known to mankind, particularly India which happens to be going through its worst ever health crisis costing us millions of Indian lives, it truly is disheartening to say the least.
We put together a DUAL FUND RAISER . While many of us are blessed to be in a position to contribute, there are most who need the contribution. While many artists are in a position to Donate, there are artists who are the only bread winners of there entire family and are in need of support in these times.
While India currently reels in the 2nd, 3rd wave and with the severity of cases in every home, we must join hands , support the local artists and their families & our healthcare infrastructure in need to help from the community .

We remain grateful to every person contributing towards this crisis in India and all our Indian Brethren and other communities who have generously donated to India, raised funds overseas selflessly and donated generously through various bodies working relentlessly towards saving lives .

For our patrons from across the world who have expressed their desire to contribute through the medium of art, we remain grateful at this hour.

To each & every one of you, buying even a smallest piece of art from this show or the Gallery’s catalogue of any amount goes towards contributing towards supporting the Arts community and Healthcare in our local area of West Bengal.
Sale proceeds would contribute to the artists in need at this moment first hand.

Funds would be used to provide first hand assistance in the distribution of N95 masks ( yes we still need it ) , Medicines , Ventilators , oxygen concentrates pay hospital bills for the needy , provide any other assistance that may be needed through legit local bodies doing ground level work to fight the Covid War.

Terms of Sale

1 ) The works are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis.

2) This is a Fixed Price Sale and No Bargaining is Possible. The works have already been discounted to make them accessible.

3 ) Prices are final with an additional 12% GST for Indian Purchases

4.a ) Advance received and the inability to complete the full payment, would result in the work going to the next patron and the advance would not be refunded .

4.b) Payments to be made within 2 working Days for the sale to stay Valid

5 ) a) Delivery India – Works will be delivered free of cost in a non framed condition within India. b) All International deliveries ( framed & unframed) would have an additional shipment cost ( nominal on actuals)

6 ) Framed & ready to Hang deliveries would attract extra costs of framing , crating and shipment, as the case may be , for both India & International .

7 ) Shipment would be done within 4-5 working days of receiving the payment in Full . However due to the lock down in various parts the delivery could be delayed.

8 ) We usually take 1 day to deliver to all Indian metros and 2 days for other cities. ( Due To lockdown various deliveries could be delayed )

9 ) Due to the Current Pandemic Situation we try to minimize risks by waiting and shipping No of Parcels together in one day, which is usually the ”weekend of each week’

10 ) All Covid Safety measures are maintained at our end. We suggest you to be careful at your end . and follow all protocols of receiving a parcel home.

11) International Deliveries : No GST Applicable.
